Training camp time

While I was in High school, I was in a running club in the school. My records were : a 3k - 9:51..., a 5k - 16:51..., and a 10k - 35... (i don't remember the exact seconds). Those were my results from 3 years of training camp. All of the girls in the club had to stay at my running (well, he was a gym teacher) coach's second house, and 5 of the boys who were elected could stay at the coach's house with his family.

(lol) The high school was not smart, so I could just focus on Running more than Anything! In fact, All of us were able to get into Good companies and schools because of our efforts. I got into a Big company for running :)
Anyways, the gym teacher did not only to teach gym or just how to run. He taught us So many Good things for Life! He encouraged us to Think Positively, Creatively, and to make Goals. He also encouraged us to Use Time and Food Wisely. We could eat as Much as we could at each meal, but we were NOT Allowed to eat any SnAckS... however Girls MuSt LoVe TreAts :) Once when the coach came into the girls' house... I was STUCK BEcause I was Holding something that was Sweet. That was a Scary moment to me(lol). Some of YOU can NOTICE now WHY I'm Scared so Easily...haha. During one semester, there were three big exams (beginning, the middle and finals), with one week for each exam we had free week, which means no scheduled training, but we had to make Plans for the week and reported them to the coach by the running journal book (everyday). He checked it, and made some comments sometimes. At the last day of the exam day, we went to see a movie together - the movie was recommended for high school students at that time. It was way FUN! We sometimes had some professors from universities taught us about health both mental and physical, especially how to quickly recover from a tired body to a fine condition body so that we could keep running WELL. Sometimes, we had our own discussion meetings just to share our thoughts and ideas with each other. (i think that i have my own strong thoughts and ideas from the experience) I also Learned one of the Most Important things from my coach - it was About GRATITUDE for My Family, people whom I met and Everything. He didn't have any religion, but he mentioned " to believe something" esp., before Big races(lol) Although he was a Very Fun guy even more, he was such a Great teacher about Life, I will Never ForGet!

SideNote : My running life was over one year after I got into the company. I practiced a lot till then... and I had Lots of Good experiences through the Training Camp :D
